Really Epic Dog Group is looking for an experienced, highly capable Marketing Associate to work alongside our Head of Marketing across a diverse and growing portfolio of businesses.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is comfortable moving quickly from strategy to execution. You will be given clear objectives, context and deadlines, with the freedom to determine how best to deliver.

You’ll work directly with senior decision-makers, have meaningful responsibility from day one and gain exposure to brands spanning luxury hospitality, sport, media, technology, retail and agriculture.

Each business has its own audience, personality and commercial objectives. A luxury safari guest, a youth football parent and a specialist retail customer require very different communications. Being able to understand those distinctions — and move confidently between different brand voices — is central to the role.

What you’ll be doing

No two weeks will look the same. Your work could include:

• Planning, creating and scheduling social content across multiple brands.
• Writing sharp, relevant copy for digital, social, email, web and campaign activity.
• Editing short-form and longer-form video content from raw footage.
• Creating and adapting marketing assets across multiple formats.
• Reviewing brand presentation and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Building and managing email campaigns.
• Supporting paid social and search campaigns, reporting on performance and optimising activity.
• Producing press packs, marketing materials and landing pages.
• Supporting trade shows and events, including content capture and lead follow-up.
• Managing brand guidelines and digital asset libraries.
• Developing photography and video briefs.
• Coordinating agencies, freelancers and specialist suppliers.
• Tracking competitor activity and emerging marketing opportunities.
• Helping ensure every brand in the group is presented consistently, professionally and distinctively.

We are a strongly brand-led organisation. You should have a clear point of view on what makes a great brand and how that thinking translates into everyday execution.

What we’re looking for

You will ideally bring:

• 3–5 years’ marketing experience, with strong evidence of hands-on delivery.
• A portfolio of work you have personally created or delivered.
• Strong video-editing capability, ideally using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Design fluency, using Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Figma.
• Paid social and search experience, including campaign setup, optimisation and reporting.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone quickly between brands and audiences.
• Strong analytical ability, including GA4 and native platform reporting.
• Confidence working independently and making recommendations rather than waiting for instructions.
• Strong organisation and an ability to manage competing priorities.
• US-based, with a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.

Helpful but not essential

Experience in any of the following would be particularly valuable:

• Luxury travel or hospitality
• Restricted-category advertising
• PR and media relations
• CRM and email marketing platforms
• Sport or charity marketing
• Multi-brand or agency environments

What we offer

A genuine four-day week

We work Monday to Thursday. Fridays are not working days.

Extended paid Christmas break

Typically two to three weeks. As part of this, team members participate in the group’s charity activity during the first two weeks of December.

Additional summer leave

A paid week away from work in the summer, in addition to regular annual leave.

Fully remote working

We care about the quality of the work rather than where you sit. Team members near Salt Lake City are also welcome to use our offices there.

International travel

The role includes opportunities to experience the businesses you are marketing first-hand — from safari lodges in South Africa to football programmes in Liverpool and Cape Town and international trade events.

Real autonomy

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and have direct access to senior decision-makers across the group.

What the role requires

The flexibility we offer is matched by a high level of responsibility.

There will be periods when projects, launches or events require longer working days. Several international or weekend trade shows take place each year, and attendance will form part of the role.

Because we operate internationally, there may also occasionally be a need to respond outside standard US working hours.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who takes ownership. If something can be improved, we want you to identify it, say so and help solve it.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-related bonus.

All approved business travel is fully covered.

Compensation will be discussed openly during the first interview so both sides can establish early whether expectations are aligned.
