Immersive Technology Company Laduma, has continued to grow their team despite the global pandemic which has impacted many businesses around the world.

The award-winning company established in 2016 is part of Really Epic Dog Group and Headquartered in Liverpool. Laduma has created immersive experiences with major sports brands such as NFL, International Cricket Council and LA Galaxy as well as solutions for companies such as Intermountain Healthcare, HSBC and AstraZeneca.

Following the appointment of CEO Martin Prendergast earlier in the year, the company has big plans for the future and therefore is further investing in its already highly skilled workforce. Under Martin’s leadership, the company is pivoting, and using it’s skills in immersive technology, to create the next generation of Meeting Tech. This new strategy is aimed at supporting companies adapting to new ways of working, where travel is restricted yet teams still need to deliver.

Martin said: “We’ve seen the devastating impact that this pandemic has had on businesses and entire industries. Our new platform will help overcome some of the challenges brought on by Covid-19. We have adapted ourselves, and without missing a beat, successfully moved everyone to home working. We are pushing forward with the development of the new Laduma meeting platform, with little disruption. The team have been amazing in the way they have met this change of circumstance, while still driving forward the new strategy.”

He continued: “We are delighted to be expanding our team at this stage with the hiring of a Chief Technical Officer, three software developers and a software engineer. Our company will continue to grow and this is the start of an exciting new chapter in Laduma’s history.”

Wayne Scholes of Really Epic Dog Group said: “As a group of companies, we decided to take the crisis as an opportunity and have found ways to bond, becoming closer as a team. We have used this time to really figure out how we could benefit our clients and their needs as a result of Covid-19. We’re really excited about the future and the solutions Laduma has been able to create.”
